Two guys forced a toddler to smoke and drink! According to some reports, the video was captured outside a café in Spain. In the first part of the video, the little boy was given a glass of beer, which the boy immediately drank. After a few moments, one man gave the boy a lighted cigarette and taught him how to ‘use’ it. After giving the beer and cigarette, the other man on the video gave the boy a ‘kiss’ as a reward for being ‘obedient’.
When a concerned Romanian posted the video online, many enraged parents were shocked to see how the toddler was treated.
